The challenge

As Kappahl expanded into marketplaces, the goal was to establish a profitable and stable presence across selected platforms while building a model that could support long-term growth. Their initial goal was to establish a profitable and stable marketplace presence a milestone they achieved faster than planned. Looking ahead, Kappahl plans to:
